Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Toolboxd you agree to these terms. If you use Toolboxd for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Toolboxd lets you create, send and track quotes, manage customers and schedule follow-ups. We may improve or change features over time.

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of quotes, prices and tax you send to your customers.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

Do not use Toolboxd for unlawful, fraudulent or spam activity, attempt to break security, or send content you do not have the right to send.

You own the data you put into Toolboxd. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers' details.

Any contract formed when a customer accepts a quote is between you and your customer. Toolboxd is not a party to it and is not responsible for work performed or payments between you.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost jobs. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
